- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I purchased some items at this auctioneer. They advertised a postal service and 4 weeks later I was still waiting for a quote after 5 phone calls, 2 left messages and 2 emails. Eventually I was forced to send my own courier at some distance and therefore great expense. The gentleman did apologise giving the excuse that the lady in the office had died. When my courier rang to make arrangements the excuse was that the auctioneers mother had died! So they could not even get their excuses straight. I would NEVER but at this auction house again because of the stress all this caused me and would not recommend them to others. I see that they are also estate agents etc and its clear they have too many fingers in the pie.By Admin, March 01, 2020
